How do I find my food balance before I shop?
- Use the free WIC phone app on your smartphone. ( Apple / Android)
- Look at your store receipt from your last shopping trip. (Your receipt shows what you have left in your WIC Food Balance. All family benefits are combined. The receipt shows the last day you can buy the rest of your WIC foods. Your WIC Food Balance will expire at midnight on that day).
- Ask a cashier or customer service person at the store to print your WIC Food Balance.
- Call the toll-free number on the back of your WIC Card, 1-844-4MY-FAMILY or 1-844-469-3264.
What happens if I misplace my WIC Card?
Give us a call at 1-888-999-6897 and we will mail you a replacement WIC Card.
What happens if I leave my WIC Card at the store?
First, call the store to see if they can locate your card. If they cannot, give us a call and we will be happy to send you a replacement card.
What can I do if I recently purchased WIC items that were spoiled?
Bring your receipt and the spoiled item to the Customer Service Desk at the store to request a return or exchange. If you have any issues with this process, please contact us for further assistance.
