1 Pinch Black Pepper

1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. plain yogurt

2 tsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion

Whole Wheat Tortilla

2 Tbsp. roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds

2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery

1 can salmon, drained

Ingredients (will make approximately. 2 wraps)

  • 1 can salmon, drained, skinless & boneless
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery (about ¼ of a celery stalk)
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion (about ¼ of a red onion)
  • 2 Tbsp. roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 2 – 8” whole wheat tortillas

Directions

  1. Finely chop celery and red onion.
  2. Using a deep bowl, place salmon, chopped celery and red onion, sunflower seeds, mayonnaise, plain yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of black pepper and mix together. Make sure mayonnaise and yogurt evenly coats salad.
  3. Place salmon salad in whole wheat tortillas.
  4. Enjoy!
